24hr Solutions brings on board alarm receiving and monitoring centre within the group to a high demand from clients.

After 2 years of talks, 24hr Solutions finally opened alarm monitoring within the 24hr Group, taking it away from 3rd parties.

After 2 years of client support, talks, planning and management meetings, 24hr Solutions has finally brought alarm monitoring as an in house service under the 24hr Group.

This service, whilst new as an in house service, is used through 3rd party agents for some 3 thousand properties currently managed and looked after by the Property Building Maintenance sector of the group.

In a statement, Phil Turner, Director, said 'by bring this service in house, we are able to offer the same level of customer service we bring to every job. We have the abiity to manage situations as they happen, react, and manage the solution for the customer. This management process puts us head and shoulders above the compertition. Add to that the fact that we can reduce costs to the client, this is a service our customers want!'

24hr Solutions are offering this service to business, industrial and domestic level clients with prices starting at £400+vat per year for monitoring, to include annual alarm service costs.
