24hr Solutions and the 24hr Solutions Group COVID-19 current statement.
As of 24/03/2020, following the address to the nation from the Prime Minister, 24hr Solutions and the 24hr Group would like to reassure clients with the following message from our Director Phil Turner.
Firstly, can I assure everyone that our support services are still available 24/7 for emergency works and critical services.
24hr Solutions and the 24hr Group are working with Local Authorities, Care Facilities, Schools, Security Services and other Major Service Providers to continue to keep key businesses and facilities open to the public as and when they need them.
We have strict social distancing policies and procedures in place and have risk assessments and method statements to keep our staff and clients safe and secure.
Our control room has strict policies in place to make sure it is fully operational 24/7 and will continue to recieve all alarm signalling, reports and dispatches.
Our vehicle centre is open but on a strict pre booked basis so we can make sure there is full social distancing in place. We are also prioritising all Key Workers vehicles first.
Our tree care business is now on emergency response 24/7 only but available for fallen trees, damage and general tree related concerns.
In addition to all the above, where possible, we have additional funding options and discounted rates in place for Key Workers.
Lastly, I want to thank our supply chain. They are continuing to make sure we are stocked with all the parts and equipment we require to complete jobs timely and cost effectively, to our clients for continuing to support us and understanding during these hard times and to the staff here at 24hr who continue to work night and day to keep our clients, key workers and new customers operational.
